My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety and trauma treatment. Primarily we will use accelerated resolution therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution focused therapy, and exposure response prevention therapy. We will rebuild your connections through family therapy.

Through a supportive approach we will identify the areas you want to change the most. With manageable goals you will learn how to build tolerance, release pain, face fears, and overcome patterns and habits that have you feeling trapped and stuck.
