Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s in social work. Over the years, I've worked in corrections, hospice/end‐of‐life care, and with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how trauma, loss, and major life transitions affect a person’s emotional and psychological well‐being.
I provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma‐related concerns, grief, and life adjustment challenges. My style is person‐centered and strengths‐based, with a solution‐focused approach. Above all, I try to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood—somewhere you can explore your experiences openly and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
I have experience working with people across a wide range of backgrounds, including individuals involved in the justice system. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and I value meeting every person exactly where they are. Your identity, background, and lived experiences are central to the work we do together. I am also knowledgeable and welcoming toward the kink community.
Outside of my professional life, I love being outdoors, especially hiking, and find nature helps me stay grounded. I became a therapist because I’m consistently inspired by people’s resilience and by the healing that comes from genuine connection. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside you, offering support, curiosity, and compassion as you navigate whatever chapter you’re in.
