Great to meet you!

I am neurodivergent therapist who provides Teletherapy. As a former military brat and spouse, working mother, single mother, trauma survivor, I've intimately understood the complexities of life's transitions.

I proudly identify as a feminist, and supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. These aspects of my identity deeply influence my approach to life and work.

My approach to therapy

My practice is eclectic and uniquely tailored to you. I focus on easing mental pain while you regain resilience to become empowered and motivated. We'll explore your deepest concerns without judgment and safely. Together, we'll embark on a journey of profound change and lasting growth toward elevated hope, self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-efficacy while challenging negative thinking.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, I meet you where you are, focusing on what’s happening in your life and relationships right now while also exploring how your past shapes your present. I love empowering clients to set higher expectations, build self-esteem, and boost confidence. Progress looks like feeling more connected—to yourself and others—as you grow in self-efficacy and achieve your goals. My goal is to challenge and support you every step of the way.
