About My Clients

My ideal client may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, but they are ready—or at least open—to beginning the process of healing. Whether they’re navigating identity, breaking patterns related to substance use, or learning to manage the inner critic that fuels anxiety or self-doubt, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy, authenticity, and trust. Together, we work toward building self-compassion, emotional clarity, and tools for sustainable growth.
