Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kristen. I work with individuals facing parenting challenges, women’s concerns, anxiety, and ADHD. My approach blends practical tools, a mind-body focus, and just the right amount of humor to help you process what you're going through. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface and build a path forward grounded in insight, hope, and real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a warm, person-centered, affirming, and I sometimes use a funny approach to help create a safe and encouraging environment. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, those around them, and how to navigate life. Some specializations include anxiety, ADHD, and maternal mental health as well as general life stressors.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect from Our Work Together:

  • Practical Tools – Strategies you can apply in daily life to manage anxiety, ADHD, or parenting challenges more effectively.
  • Emotional Clarity – A deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns so you can respond—not just react.
  • Mind-Body Connection – Techniques that help you tune into your body’s signals and find balance and regulation.
  • Supportive Space – A nonjudgmental environment where you can be honest, process experiences, and feel heard.
  • Personal Insight – Exploration of the root causes behind symptoms or stress, helping you create lasting change.
  • A Bit of Humor – A lighthearted, human approach that helps you feel more at ease, even when things are hard.
  • Encouragement and Hope – A focus on your strengths and possibilities, not just the problem at hand.
