Great to meet you!

I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist currently offering online services. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California in 2017 and have eight years of experience as a therapist with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.

My professional path has been shaped not only by my clinical training, but also by my lived experiences, including becoming a parent. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I found grounding and clarity in the natural world, and nature continues to inform both my personal healing and the values I bring to therapy. My work with clients is guided by service, social justice, dignity and worth of each person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. I strive to create a space where clients of all neurotypes, backgrounds, and cultures feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow in ways that feel authentic to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered, with a strong emphasis on relational therapy. I view each client’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing as interconnected, recognizing that true healing comes from addressing the whole person. By integrating evidence-based interventions within these frameworks, I create therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, supporting growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we will focus on understanding your goals and what brings you to therapy. I will take time to get to know you, your experiences, and your unique challenges. Together, we’ll begin exploring ways to manage things like ADHD, understand and process emotions, heal from trauma, strengthen relationship skills, and cope with life stressors or changes. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the first steps toward growth and positive change.
