I am wife of 22 years and a busy mom of 3. I enjoy working with young adults to older adults with a variety of concerns and problems. I am passionate about helping people who are going through life changes, grief, relationship conflict, anxiety concerns, and parenting challenges. It is important to feel like you have a trusted adult in your corner, and I look forward to being that person.
