I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Oklahoma working with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are highly functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain underneath. I provide a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, sort through what is going on and begin moving forward with clarity. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I enjoy helping others gain knowledge and an understanding of themselves; helping manage their thoughts and emotions; gaining peace and improved relationships in their lives. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative and focused on real-life change. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also helping clients build insight, emotional awareness and healthier patterns in daily life. I believe therapy should not feel confusing or overwhelming-you will leave sessions with tools, direction and a clearer understanding of yourself.

I will meet you where you are, while also helping you to stay accountable to the goals you want to reach. Therapy with me is a balance of support and forward movement-we will not stay stuck in the same patterns.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported and equipped from the very beginning and then help you get to where you want to be let’s say 3 months or 6 months from now. If you are ready for change-or even just thinking about it-I would be glad to work with you, with emphasis on work. Therapy is work and it is not always easy.
