Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences and trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and communication/relational issues. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings with diverse clients. I am pursuing my PhD in Jungian Depth Psychology and that is informing my current therapeutic approach.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a whole person approach, looking to integrate the mind, body, and soul to provide a healing experience through evidence-based practices. I am collaborative and interactive in sessions helping you set your own realistic goals based on your value system. I understand that you are the expert in your own life. I am direct but affirming and may ask you to continue our work outside of session. I am nonjudgemental and aim to create a space for you to safely explore yourself with compassion.

What you can expect from me

I take a few sessions to get to know my client's story and then we set intentions and goals together. I allow my client's to take the lead as they know their history best and we work together to figure out what will be most healing and empowering for them. I create an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance to allow my client's to be themselves and try new skills.
