Great to meet you!

My professional journey began over ten years ago as a teacher, where I discovered my passion for helping people solve problems and discover new things about themselves. I grew most interested in social and emotional learning, which led me to pursue a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past four years as a psychotherapist, I have enjoyed helping my clients understand themselves more deeply and overcome challenges that once felt impossible.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients begins with curiosity, paired with the belief that there is an understandable reason behind every way we think and behave. Once we understand those reasons, pathways to change open up.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me are warm and non-judgmental. We will begin with a bird 's-eye view of your story and begin identifying the core areas of concern and possible goals to lean into. I will bring some structure and curiosity, and together we will start trodding a path forward. As we go, you can expect to collect new coping skills, tools, and alternative perspectives and narratives.
