Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, I help individuals identify substance use concerns, assess and diagnose substance use disorders, and address certain underlying mental health conditions. With extensive experience across all levels of care—from detox to aftercare—I understand the challenges that substance use can create, including legal issues, strained relationships, family conflict, and employment difficulties.

My approach to therapy

Genuine positive regard to all lived experiences. I enjoy a clean, light hearted sense humor grounded in connection and open mindedness.

What you can expect from me

Our work begins with an introductory session where you can share your story and goals for therapy. I will provide a warm, supportive environment that fosters openness and growth. Moving forward, we’ll collaborate to turn those goals into meaningful progress.
