Great to meet you!

Welcome in to this space I've held for your emotional comfort to receive grace through empathy, genuineness, & kindness. Are you feeling lost & alone? Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, or narcissistic abuse & unsure how to cope? Are you exploring your identity or sexuality & need gentle, accepting support for issues you have? In my practice, clients say I feel safe, warm, affirming & caring, which empowers them in their healing. I want to help you better cope with life experiences, learn skills to help increase desirable thoughts, feelings & behaviors, while also helping educate you to develop abilities to reduce distressing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I love helping you see your strengths, and for you to use those strengths to move you from where you are now to where you want to be in life. I’m also trained in trauma- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), which is used successfully for trauma and many other issues.

What you can expect from me

While I’m a therapist, I am a human first who has felt the anxiety and uncertainty of making the decision to reach out for help. Because of this, I’m much more compassionate towards my own clients who are unsure of where to start or if they will be judged. I always want to be that caring, gentle place where you will feel accepted and comfortable in my care.
