Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist matters. You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly about what's weighing on you without feeling judged or rushed.

For more than 14 years, I've had the privilege of helping children, adolescents, and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and overwhelming stress. My goal is to create a warm, supportive relationship where healing can happen and meaningful change feels possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself. Every person's story is different, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll build a trusting relationship, explore what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Rather than simply managing symptoms, my goal is to help you heal, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's been bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to be different, and begin building a plan that fits your goals.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. My hope is that every session leaves you feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful than when you walked in.
