Kristi Rachal

I've practiced clinical social work for more than 20 years. I've worked in prisons, hospitals, private practice, home health and hospice. I've worked with Veterans and active duty military members and their families. I have experience in sex offender treatment, anger management, addictions counseling, and LGBTQ+ issues. I've worked with families, individuals, and couples in a private practice setting.

My approach is informal; I prefer my clients to feel comfortable and at ease. Time with me should feel safe. I believe in accountability, and am solutions focused.

By using Cognitive Behavioral techniques, my goal is to help clients learn to take control of their thoughts and feelings and to implement coping skills to improve their daily lives.
