Great to meet you!

I work with adults who grew up with emotionally immature or emotionally unavailable parents. Many come in feeling lonely, empty, or misunderstood, often stuck in people‐pleasing, low self‐esteem, anxiety, or depression, and unsure of who they are or how to form lasting emotional connections. I also support clients facing work stress, major life transitions, and grief. Together, we slow things down, build insight, strengthen identity and boundaries, and develop skills for emotional regulation and healthier relationships so clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

My approach to therapy

I help clients build a strong emotional foundation so they can meet their own needs. Using trauma‐informed CBT, DBT, and solution‐focused therapy, I teach practical skills to manage stress, conflict, and work or life challenges. My approach is direct, warm, and empowering, helping clients become the leaders of their own story.

If you find yourself people‐pleasing, struggling with boundaries, or feeling like you’re not enough, you’re not alone. If anxiety or family dynamics leave you overthinking and stuck, therapy can help. Reach out when you’re ready, we can gently work toward grounding, clarity, and self‐compassion together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll work together to identify your specific needs and the goals you’d like to focus on in therapy. I’ll take time to learn more about your unique background and current situation so I can better understand how to support you. We’ll also review the limits of confidentiality and discuss what you can expect from me, as well as what I’ll expect from you in our work together. This helps ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident as we begin building a strong foundation for therapy.
