Great to meet you!

I work with people who are dealing with anxiety, past trauma, and life transitions. You might notice you can’t stop worrying, going through the “what ifs”, and avoid as a result. Dealing with emotional struggles on your own can be tiring and isolating. Imagine how your life could be without your suffering weighing you down. There is hope and you can thrive!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My holistic approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma treatment methods like EMDR. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where you can learn how to successfully be with your emotions in the present moment, build self-esteem, and create meaningful relationships, and more.

What you can expect from our first session

In the initial sessions, clients can expect a compassionate and structured approach, where we develop a tailored roadmap for their therapy journey. As we progress, the therapy evolves to include deeper work like skill-building, trauma treatment, and exploration of attachment theory. I also emphasize the importance of homework and resources to enhance the therapeutic experience.
