Great to meet you!

If you struggle with anxiety in relationships—overthinking texts, feeling like you care more than the other person, or losing yourself trying to keep the connection—you’re not alone.

I help women in their 20s and 30s work through anxiety, people-pleasing, and unhealthy relationship patterns. I specialize in attachment wounds and the deeper reasons you might feel stuck in cycles of overgiving, self-doubt, or fear of being left.

My goal isn’t just to help you cope—it’s to help you understand yourself on a deeper level so you can feel more secure, confident, and grounded in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and focused on helping you create real change—not just talk things through.

We’ll look at your relationship patterns, where they come from, and why they keep showing up. From there, we’ll work on helping you feel more connected to yourself so you can stop overgiving, set boundaries without guilt, and feel more secure.

I use a mix of approaches like EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-based therapy to help you process what you’ve been through—not just understand it logically.

You can expect:

  • A space where you can be fully yourself
  • Insight into your patterns and triggers
  • Support in building self-trust, boundaries, and emotional stability

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to really get to know you—what’s been going on, what feels hard, and what you want to feel different.

We’ll talk about your experiences, especially in relationships, and start noticing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I’ll guide the conversation so it feels focused, but not overwhelming.

By the end of the session, you can expect:

  • A better understanding of why you feel the way you do
  • Some clarity around your relationship patterns
  • A sense of what working together could look like

Most importantly, you’ll get a feel for whether this space feels right for you.
