Great to meet you!

Do you feel stuck worrying, the thoughts never stop? Hi, I’m Kristin, and I work with adults (ages 18-40) facing stress related to managing responsibilities and navigating relationships.

I received my Masters from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I assisted others learn healthy ways to cope. I spend my free time with my family hiking, boating, and enjoying any other activity that involves being outside.

My approach to therapy

I have 7 years of experience providing counseling. I have learned that being able to feel more at ease can allow our defenses to lower. As a result, life and relationships become more enjoyable. When we work together, we will develop a plan to reduce stress so you may live deeply.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to feel their life is meaningful and brings them joy. Such as, it is delightful to have quality relationships. Collaboratively with clients, I assist with understanding the impact of choices and behaviors on meaningful connections and how to achieve a desired outcome of healthy, secure relationships.
