Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) who has been practicing for over 10 years, I can promise support, empathy, and engagement. Additionally, I have formal training in trauma treatments, TEAM-CBT, RLT couples counseling, and years of experience with several other approaches. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, i am an LGBTQIA+ ally, and i love my job!

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach depends on your specific struggle. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), TEAM-CBT, trauma focused treatments, couples work such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and many other approaches. I feel very confident that we will find something that will work for you!

What you can expect from me

My hope is you leave sessions with a stronger feeling of belonging, a little more self-compassion, or maybe a clearer understanding about what you might want to change and how to change it - though ALL of these would be the goal!
