These experiences have helped shape my practical patient centered approach to psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

My psychiatric care, holistic, combining medication management with therapeutic support to address the whole person. I believe treatment works best when it is collaborative and I encourage my patient to be active participants in their care. Together we develop an individualized treatment plan that consider symptoms lifestyle, overall well-being in person goals.
