Great to meet you!

I spent my first 20 years working in community mental health, including hospitals, day treatment programs, and schools. For the past 10 years I've been in private practice with an emphasis on treating anxiety and depression disorders among adults. My practice places an emphasis on measurable results, helping clients attain objective changes in well-being and coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My practice model is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, with an emphasis on emotional regulation skills. My model is solution focused and skill-based, utilizing a range of sub-modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Somatic processing, Internal Family Systems, and trauma-informed approaches.

What you can expect from me

Each session focuses on insight-oriented discussion and behavior modification, providing resources and skills for practice between sessions.
