Kristin Sanders

I love being able to join people on their healing journey and work with them to experience a fulfilling and meaningful life. I specialize in working with people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, who identify as neurodivergent, who are living with chronic conditions, are experiencing life transitions, and those who experience symptoms from depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Honored to work with other clinicians and healing and helping professionals.

We will start by getting a holistic picture of who you are as a person and come up with a plan together to create the life that you want for yourself. I come from a client-centered and narrative approach and also like to work with people on specific and tangible goals. I enjoy incorporating somatic and creative techniques for those who are interested.

I hope clients always feel seen and validated in every session. I think of the therapy journey like building a Lego, or putting together a 1000 piece puzzle and every session is time that we set aside to intentionally work on the next steps in our overall goals.
