Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, painful experiences, or constant stress begin affecting your relationships, confidence, and ability to be present for yourself and the people you care about. You may feel emotionally exhausted, pulled in too many directions, or unsure how to move forward when everything feels heavy. You don't have to keep carrying that weight alone, and meaningful change is possible. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, family issues, women's issues, and trauma so they can strengthen their relationships, build emotional resilience, and create a greater sense of balance in their everyday lives. I work with adolescents, adults, children, and families because I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide a safe place to better understand yourself while also giving you practical tools that create lasting change outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges while building healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals and strengths. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness Based Therapy because every client deserves an approach tailored to their individual needs. Together, we can work through ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, stress management, marital concerns, behavioral challenges, identity concerns, emotional regulation, grief and loss, and life transitions, while creating practical strategies that support meaningful, long term growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, respected, and encouraged from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate meaningful progress, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're hoping to strengthen your family relationships, heal from painful experiences, better manage anxiety or depression, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more connected, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.
