Kristin White is a Licensed Clinical Profession Counselor with 11+ years experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. Kristin’s specialties include treating those who have Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, Trauma/PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Gender Diversity, and Crisis Situations.
Kristin obtained her Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Her theory of choice is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, and Solution Focused Therapy. She has found that these theories complement each other to provide inspiration and empowerment to support making a change to become a healthier individual.
