Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Kristina, the therapist behind Bloom Therapy Services. I have been a practicing Therapist for 10 years with a wide range of experience- from play therapy to teaching college students to full time Telehealth with adults. I currently utilize an attachment and person-focused approach with female identifying clients 18 & over who may be struggling with one or more of the follow issues: trauma, attachment, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and women’s health issues.

My approach to therapy

In session, I focus on partnering with my client to find the most beneficial approach to address the issues inhibiting their growth. A few of the modalities I utilize most include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Brainspotting, Guided Drawing for Trauma, Attachment-based interventions, and Somatic Parts Work.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, empathetic space where clients can explore what is keeping them from blooming into their best selves. An important aspect of the therapeutic relationship is the practice of nonjudgmental support and release of shame. Sessions might include development of emotion regulation skills, replacing negative thoughts and processing aspects of traumatic experiences.
