Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rochester, and I have been in clinical practice for 7 years. My work is grounded in a relational framework, with a strong focus on how emotional patterns, life transitions, and relationships shape well-being.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are people who spend much of their lives caring for others — including healthcare professionals, educators, parents, caregivers, and helping professionals — and who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to prioritize their own needs alongside the demands of work and relationships.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I aim to create a space where clients feel deeply heard, supported, empowered, and gently challenged. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity, insight, and practical change.

Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building tools that help you respond to stress, relationships, and life transitions in ways that feel more intentional and aligned with your values. I strive to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you as a whole person — not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your relationships, life experiences, strengths, stressors, and past experiences with therapy to better understand your unique context and what matters most to you.

You can expect a warm, collaborative conversation where your experiences are deeply heard, and where we may begin exploring patterns that could be contributing to current struggles. The first few sessions help lay the foundation for meaningful change, including greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and practical tools to support your goals.
