Great to meet you!

Healing is possible, even if right now it feels out of reach. Trauma, addiction, and painful life experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or constantly carrying emotions that seem too heavy to manage alone. You may have learned how to survive, but you deserve the chance to truly heal. As a trauma and addiction certified therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are ready to move beyond simply getting through the day and begin building a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and fulfilling. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, understood without judgment, and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel both accepted and challenged to grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around your unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that help you manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. Whether you're recovering from trauma, navigating addiction, managing stress, or searching for a renewed sense of purpose, we'll work together to create meaningful change that lasts long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy doesn't require you to have all the answers. It simply requires a willingness to take the first step. During our first session, we'll talk about what has brought you here, what you hope will be different, and what healing looks like for you. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while creating a plan that reflects your needs and your goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more hopeful, more empowered, and more connected to the person you want to become. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and lasting change, I invite you to schedule a session through my profile. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
