Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience, and I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward their personal goals. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and have worked across various areas of healthcare while pursuing my LCSW licensure.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and veterans. While my background is diverse, my current focus is on supporting individual adults. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you with honesty, compassion, and encouragement.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in meeting you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and in your life’s journey. I aim to help you make sense of your current situation by creating space to organize your thoughts and explore what’s most pressing for you right now. I believe that gaining perspective from someone outside your day-to-day life can offer meaningful insight and clarity.

When you're ready, I’m here to gently explore the deeper layers—making connections between your past and present experiences to help you better understand patterns and emotions that may still be impacting you today. I value honesty, direct communication, and a good sense of humor; and I lean into all three of these. I also believe that the foundation of any effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. That trust takes time, and I’m committed to building it with care and intention.

In our work together, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space where you’ll be supported, gently challenged, and truly heard. I'm here to walk alongside you—encouraging growth, self-awareness, and healing at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what’s weighing on you, and where you’d like to begin. This is a space where you can speak freely and openly, without judgment. My role is to listen, support, and start to understand your story at your pace.

If you already have goals in mind, we’ll talk about those. If not, that’s completely okay—we can begin to identify them together, whether in the first session or as things naturally unfold. It’s very common to come into therapy feeling like there’s a lot to “unpack,” and I’m here to help you sort through it with care and compassion.

Your story matters, and this first step is about creating a foundation of trust as we begin this journey together.
