Clients can expect a first session that feels calm, supportive, and intentionally paced. We begin with a brief mindful check‐in to help you settle into the space and connect with your breath and body. From there, you’ll have time to share what brought you to therapy—your concerns, your goals, and anything you feel is important for me to understand. Because my approach is holistic, we’ll explore not only your emotional experiences but also how factors like stress, sleep, and nourishment may be influencing your wellbeing. This conversation is gentle and collaborative, giving us a fuller picture of your mind‐body landscape. Together, we’ll identify initial goals and discuss how mindfulness practices and nutritional psychology can support your healing process. You’ll leave the session with a clearer sense of what our work will look like and plenty of space to ask questions so you feel grounded, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
