Great to meet you!

You've been looking for a therapist who will get it. Who won't need you to explain, defend, or translate. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the particular weight of figuring out who you are in a world that doesn't always make that easy, you deserve a space where all of you is welcome. I'm an LCSW with 8 years in mental health and a proud member and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity, and the everyday experience of just being your full self. My goal is to help you build toward where you actually want to be, at a pace that works for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and, yes, authentic. I'm not a blank-slate therapist. I show up as a real person, and I appreciate when my clients can do the same. I draw on CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based work to help you build tools that actually fit your life. The goal isn't perfection. It's progress at a pace that works for you, toward the version of your life you actually want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is low-key and genuinely about getting to know each other. You'll share what brought you in and what you're hoping for, and I'll ask questions to understand your story. There's no wrong way to show up. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. By the end, we'll have a sense of how we'd work together.
