Great to meet you!

Everything is figureoutable. That’s my personal motto and that’s also how I approach therapeutic interventions. I provide a comfortable environment where I truly honor the space and time we spend together. Clients can also expect me to keep them on their toes with questions that get them thinking!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My exact approach to therapy is different with every person. I tell my clients that this is their path and I’m here to hold the light so they can see things a bit more clearly. Sometimes, I shine the light in one direction or another, but they get to choose the route. We will mainly use Solution Focused Therapy but pull from CBT and ACT as well.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients should work with me if they’re feeling stuck and as though they’re running on an empty tank. I can help get them back on a path to wellness.

People find wellness and healing from within. Deep down, we all know the best solutions for ourselves. Sometimes we need to dig to find this and sometimes we need a boost in confidence to really allow ourselves to heal. We'll collaborate to establish the goals to get you there.
