Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Kristyn, and I’m glad you found your way here. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I approach our work collaboratively, helping you reflect on your experiences, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. I work with teens and adults around relationship concerns, anxiety, burnout, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Whatever your story, I’m happy you’re here and excited to support you in creating the changes that feel most meaningful in your life.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery. My style is collaborative and compassionate, helping you break free from unhelpful patterns and connect with your strengths. I often draw from CBT and mindfulness, offering tools that are practical and easy to use in daily life. Above all, I want our work together to feel supportive and affirming, giving you space to be heard while building confidence in your ability to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have the chance to share your story and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll figure out the goals that matter most to you and start exploring ways to reach them. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable and secure. In the sessions that follow, we’ll work together to build insight and practical skills you can use in your daily life.
