Great to meet you!

My name is Krystal Hall, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.

I believe in the power of second chances and the importance of new beginnings. For over 10 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they work toward meaningful change and improved well-being. My approach focuses on helping clients reduce the impact of mental health and/or substance use challenges while fostering personal growth, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in various roles, including individual and group therapist, clinical supervisor, and community advocate. These experiences have shaped my belief that therapy should be as unique as the individual.

I take an eclectic, holistic, and person-centered approach — drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods to meet each client’s specific needs. My goal is to help individuals strengthen their coping skills, enhance daily functioning, and find practical, meaningful ways to reach their personal and life goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we begin building rapport and getting to know one another. This time allows me to learn more about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

We’ll also discuss any diagnoses or symptoms you may have and review the therapeutic approaches that may best fit your needs. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about the process. I always welcome your questions or concerns — this is your time, and I want you to feel fully heard and understood.
