Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Krys Mangandi and I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the state of North Carolina. I graduated with a bachelor of arts in Psychology and a master's degree in social work, both from the University of Kentucky. I've been a practicing therapist for the last ten years and have been providing telehealth services for the past four years.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach includes motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. I focus on assisting clients in identifying treatment goals and working together to achieve them. You are your own subject matter expert and I am here to walk with you while you work to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will engage you in a way that leaves you feeling both heard and respected. I understand that taking the first step to getting support can feel intimidating for some. If that's your story, then congratulations for showing up for yourself. I look forward to meeting you!
