Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and licensed in Arizona, Nevada and Oregon. I graduated from University of Southern California. My background and education is in Employee Assistance Programs, Oncology, Hospice, Home Health, and Acute Clinical Hospital settings. I specialize in trauma, resilience, relationship issues, boundaries, work-life balance, age related development over a life span, grief and bereavement therapies and new cancer diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic approaches and theories I use include, Person in Environments, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Resilience, Family Systems, Relationships—laws of attraction, Human Development and Solution Focused Brief Theory. I like to learn from my clients to tailor care around their expectations, needs or goals.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping people learn new skills and tools so they can get where they want to be and build confidence where it is needed. I help adults (18+) learn practical skills and tools to reach their goals, build confidence, and improve overall wellbeing. Together we create rapport, a personalized care plan, and measurable steps toward lasting change.
