Great to meet you!

As a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional, I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving emotional well-being, personal growth, and stability in life. I understand that reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps a person takes, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. I strive to empower my clients to recognize their strengths, work through challenges, and develop the tools they need to create meaningful and lasting positive changes in their lives. My goal is to meet each client where they are, support them throughout their journey, and help them move toward greater emotional wellness and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Your first counseling session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe, supportive, and trusting relationship.

During our first session, you can expect me to:

  • Listen without judgment and provide a safe space to share at your own pace.
  • Get to know you and learn what brought you to counseling.
  • Discuss your concerns, strengths, and challenges.
  • Identify your goals and what you hope to accomplish through counseling.
  • Explain the counseling process, including confidentiality and expectations.
  • Explore helpful coping strategies based on your needs.

Most importantly, you do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. This is your space. We will work together to understand your needs, develop meaningful goals, and support your emotional well-being and personal growth.
