Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I believe in creating a warm, open, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I’m passionate about helping you uncover your inner strength, heal from past challenges, and build a more fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate, practical, and respectful of your unique journey. Above all, I aim to ensure you feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way."

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, blending the best techniques to meet your unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, while providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your emotions and experiences. My goal is to create a collaborative and empowering environment where you feel heard and supported, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on identifying the root causes of emotional struggles and build healthier coping strategies. My goal is to help you recognize your inner strength, develop greater self-awareness, and create lasting change, so that you can approach life with more confidence, balance, and peace.
