Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Kyla Molina, a licensed clinical health psychologist. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I believe in working together to understand your needs and find practical strategies that support your well-being. My goal is to provide compassionate care that honors you as a whole person.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe in creating a supportive space while also being honest and straightforward about patterns or challenges that may be getting in the way. I work with clients to identify practical, meaningful goals that support lasting change and improve their overall quality of life. My approach is tailored to each person, with a focus on building skills, increasing insight, and helping clients feel more confident navigating everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable, supportive environment. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you can expect from me, and what I will expect from you as we work together. We will also begin identifying meaningful goals based on what you would like to change or improve in your life. My goal is for us to leave the first session with a clear understanding of how we can move forward together.
