Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed therapist for over 15 years and I have a warm and welcoming approach to therapy. I have a masters degree from Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate from Argosy University, both in counseling psychology. In my free time, I love spending time with my two children, spending time outdoors, reading, and biking.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides the opportunity to develop insight and coping strategies to improve life circumstances, while receiving the emotional support and objective guidance to thrive.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to identify goals and work towards them collaboratively.
