Great to meet you!

With over 6 years of counseling experience, and throughout a variety of therapeutic settings I have had the privilege of witnessing the positive effects that counseling can have on someone's life. I received my Masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. From my education and experiences my areas of expertise are that of anxiety and relational issues.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Focused approach to therapy. I have also been known to implement portions of Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, and Solution Focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll uncover insights, identify patterns, and develop actionable strategies to manage challenges. You'll gain tools for building emotional resilience, navigating difficult situations, and cultivating healthier relationships with yourself and others. I want clients to walk away from each session feeling confident in their ability to handle life's ups and downs with strength, self-awareness, and a sense of peace.
