Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Kylie and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have been working in the mental health field since 2010 and a licensed therapist since 2017. I received my Masters in Science through McDaniel College and my Bachelors of Arts at Salisbury University (Go Gulls!).

I have extensive experience working with a variety of populations including geriatrics, children and adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, severe mental illness, grief, depression, anxiety, women's issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, warm, client-centered, and strength-focused, with an emphasis on meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. I strive to create a relaxed and engaging environment where you can show up authentically and feel empowered to grow at your own pace.

I work through a trauma-informed lens and integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to support clients in navigating life’s challenges, processing difficult experiences, and building healthier patterns. Together, we will explore your strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first therapy session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and building a connection! Together, we will begin to identify goals for treatment, discuss what you hope to gain from therapy, and explore ways to support your growth.

My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as you move toward greater balance, resilience, and emotional well-being.
