Great to meet you!
Maybe you’re concerned about your child’s behavior or development, feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, or navigating a family transition. Perhaps you’re an adult struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or patterns you’d like to change. Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space to feel heard and supported without judgment. Together, we can build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 and became fully licensed in 2024. My work is grounded in infant and early childhood mental health, with specialized training in relationships, emotional development, and healing. I am a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), endorsed in Infant Mental Health (IMH-E®), a trained Circle of Security Parenting facilitator, and rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy. This background informs my relational approach to supporting children, families, and adults as they build understanding, connection, and meaningful change.
