Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker and a 20-year Army veteran with a deep commitment to serving others through compassionate, client-centered care. My background has shaped my ability to connect with individuals from diverse walks of life and to understand the unique challenges that come with stress, transition, and trauma.

I provide a supportive and welcoming environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and valued. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I am trained in EMDR to help clients process and heal from difficult life experiences. I also offer Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate faith into their healing journey.

My goal is to help clients identify and overcome the obstacles that are holding them back so they can move forward with clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe space for healing and growth. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are—without judgment. Together, we work to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.

For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process, helping connect emotional healing with spiritual growth. Ultimately, my focus is on helping you move beyond what is holding you back and step into the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable and understood so you can begin to share your story at your own pace.

We will explore what brings you to therapy and what goals you have for our work together. I will also answer any questions you have about the process so you feel confident moving forward.
