Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in patterns of overthinking, struggling with ADHD, navigating depression, or facing a major life transition, you’re not alone.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I especially enjoy working with adults who are experiencing or preparing for major life transitions, whether related to relationships, career changes, personal growth, or shifting life roles. While I have worked with children and families in the past, my current focus and passion is working with adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and skills based. I draw primarily from principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop effective tools to create meaningful change in their daily lives.

I believe therapy is most effective when it meets clients where they are. As part of this process, I assess each client’s stage of change and use motivational interviewing to support insight, build readiness, and strengthen confidence in making changes at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable.

Together, we identify the concerns that matter most, translate them into clear, attainable goals, track progress, and celebrate growth along the way. My role is to offer guidance, structure, and support while empowering clients to build skills they can continue using long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a laid-back, welcoming opportunity for us to connect. This is your space to share what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

While our focus is on creating comfort and rapport, I will also complete a biopsychosocial assessment during the session. This helps me understand the whole picture of who you are, including your background, current stressors, strengths, and supports. Together, we will explore where you have been, where you are now, and where you would like to go.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before your first session. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident that therapy can be a helpful and collaborative process moving forward.
