Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania and nationally certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust, support, and mutual respect. My approach centers on balancing acceptance and change—meeting you where you are without judgment while helping you challenge unhealthy patterns, build new skills, and grow. Together, we will work toward meaningful change and creating a life worth living.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with compassion, genuineness, and an open mind. I strive to create a space where you feel heard and supported while also gently challenging you to grow, develop new skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make your first session as comfortable as possible by creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify the areas where you would like to see growth, and begin developing goals that feel meaningful to you. I want you to feel empowered and confident in your treatment, while also having the opportunity to decide whether we are a good fit before moving forward. My hope is that we can work together to build the skills and confidence needed to create a life worth living.
