I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a master of social work and over 4 years of experience working with clients in crisis settings and coping with significant life changes. My background is working with families and adolescents/young adults.
My therapeutic approach is person centered, solution focused, and relationship oriented. I believe that creating a trusting therapeutic relationship to best assist in growth towards your authentic self.
In our first session we will establish your goals and see if we would be the best fit! I believe in establishing a base of trust and relationship and then jumping right in to working towards your goals!
