Great to meet you!

I believe each individual has a story which deserves honor through a safe space where we can work collaboratively without judgement. Life is a road which everyone has their own specific way of navigating and I am the copilot sitting in the front passenger seat, while you (the client) are the driver. I have an LPC with a M.A. In Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Training in Grief and Loss and EMDR Trained.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is best characterized as compassionate and nurturing. A presence and space to walk alongside with open curiosity and non-judgment that paves the way toward insight and growth.

What you can expect from me

Crisis of Sea--one of the craters in the moon, this is what Mare Crisium means and life... life is like the sea.

As human beings we experience turbulent times that may feel like a spectrum of crisis. Therapy is a way to provide support during tough times as well as a commitment to change the situation by seeking help. In this therapeutic space you and I will work together to honor your story while also allowing space to unpack the many riches it carries from our past experiences, family systems, and inner dialogue.

The framework I work from is through a trauma and multicultural lens to honor the narrative of each individual. I predominantly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family System, Trauma Informed Care, and Attachment theory.
