Great to meet you!

I became a Social Worker because I have a heart for people. My calling is to support and empower individuals during their most challenging moments, helping them discover the strength within themselves. I believe in equipping my clients with practical coping tools to navigate life’s stressors and build resilience for the road ahead.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Michigan. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Clinical Therapist, working with individuals across the lifespan—from school-aged children to adults—as well as families navigating complex dynamics.

What sets my practice apart is the empathy and relatability I bring to each session. My personal journey has shaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to walking alongside my clients with compassion and understanding.

Above all, I want every person I work with to know this: healing is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone.

My approach to therapy

"My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and cultural awareness. I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive space where clients feel deeply seen and heard. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness, while also honoring the unique story and strengths each person brings. My role is to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, uncover resilience, and move toward greater balance and wholeness".

What you can expect from me

"In our first session, we’ll begin by introducing ourselves and creating a safe, welcoming space to start building our therapeutic relationship. I believe trust and openness are the foundation of meaningful work together, so we’ll take time to establish that from the very beginning.

We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and talk through your goals, concerns, and hopes for the journey ahead. I’ll also answer any questions you may have and provide clarity about the therapeutic process—whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after some time away.

This is your space, and you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to accompany you with empathy, support, and guidance as you take steps toward healing and growth."
