Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan, and I’ve been practicing since 2006. I work with individuals who are looking for support, healing, and practical tools to move through life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while we work together toward more positive outcomes.

I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, mood changes, relationship and career stress, self-esteem, identity-related concerns, and substance use. I also enjoy helping people through major life transitions, whether that means starting college or a career, adjusting to parenthood, coping with an empty nest, or working through mid-life changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on promoting wellness and helping clients build new patterns of thought and action that lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. Together, we’ll explore what has been keeping you stuck, identify patterns that may be affecting your emotions or relationships, and develop tools that help you respond in new ways.

I value meeting each person where they are and tailoring care to their unique experiences, values, and goals. I work with clients facing stress, trauma, addiction-related concerns, identity and cultural issues, and emotional or behavioral challenges with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater insight, practical coping strategies, and a clearer path forward. My hope is that you’ll gain tools to better manage stress, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and respond to challenges with more confidence and intention.

Over time, therapy with me can help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and better equipped to create the changes you want in your life. Outside of work, I enjoy road trips with family, traveling overseas, visiting historical sites, cooking, and listening to Flamingo and other ethnic musical genres—interests that reflect my appreciation for connection, culture, and new perspectives.
