Specializing in trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders, and group therapy, Lacey combines her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with trauma-focused approaches for a comprehensive therapeutic experience. Her certifications in Instinctual Trauma Response, Trust Based Relational Intervention, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) enable her to address the unique needs of her clients effectively. Allied with immigrants, single mothers, women, and survivors of trauma and abuse, Lacey believes in therapy as a tool for sustainable and lasting change, emphasizing commitment and self-dedication.
